Yall Sister Marjorie Arcana went to Church. No really that hoe ended up at Church. She was invited to be apart of Father Alans confirmation service and is so proud to have been there to support. The hoe even entered through the wrong door. Imagine a big ole drag nun coming into the Church by the altar. OOOPPPPSSSS but pretty on point for our order. Sometimes we just cant find the right entry way and end up in the back door.

Father Alan was looking super fly in his cute purple kicks and the Church itself was huge and beautiful and if there's one thing Sister Marjorie likes its a huge...... Church...... >.>.

She got to learn from some of the members about how accepting they are of the community, how they at one time had a banner that said THIS CHURCH HAS AIDS on it in support of HIV/AIDS awareness and some of them even knew who the Sisters were!

Sister Marjorie might have to come back again, they were so welcoming and affirming. But this time...... shes gonna use the right red door.

Congratulations Father Alan we love you!

Sister Marjorie spent her day showing folks what hospitality is all about! A big ole queer drag nun giving comfort and kindness while making sure folks got their care packages. She was proud to help volunteer with the wonderful folks at MTUG (Metro Trans Umbrella Group) at the New Year, New You event!

The turn out was amazing, yummy food was served, name change processes were started, makeup classes and skincare workshops were given, clothes were gifted and so much more!

Sister Marjorie Arcana was honored to be joining We Are The People-STL in the March for the People protest today! We marched for reproductive rights, we marched against Racism, Homophobia and Transphobia and shouted to raise awareness. As we marched we chanted phrases like “No Justice No Peace!”

We took to the streets and blocked some traffic to make that point. After all, rights aren’t won from a place of comfort, the peace has to be disturbed in order for the people in charge to know that the people have all the power. As soon as we join together in spirit, voice and community we become a powerful force for good against all that would divide and strip us of our rights.

Sister Marjorie spoke to the crowd and helped carry the banner and she felt the presence, bravery and power of the folks she marched with. We were all brave, we were all defiant and joyous in the togetherness we felt. The overturning of Roe. V. Wade was monumental and a reminder that hard fought rights are always under pressure and attack.

We need to keep vigilant and keep doing the work to keep those rights in place. We need to keep doing the work to gain more rights that protect our communities. The work includes Marching and Protesting but as Sister Marjorie said in her speech today, we also must have conversations with our families and friends. Our coworkers when the issues arise.

When injustices happen or when someone is being racist, homophobic, transphobic or just plain bigoted we must be able to call it out and then help educate. Educating folks takes a large emotional toll and we do need breaks from it from time to time, but it is apart of the work and we must never stop working to make sure everyone has equal rights.

Sister Mothra Stewart was busy at the Rainbow Cafe LGBTQ Center Trivia night helping to raise money for some great causes! She Fluttered around the church spreading her love, wings and legs (I mean what else would you do in Church? The only way to do the Holy Ghost splits is to spread thy legs! That's from the Queen James the 2nd Bible, book of rhinestones section five verse 8. It says "When thou are in church and in drag thou must do the Holy Ghost splits to honor thy Lord and kick off any event." See its legit.)

Sister Mothra Enjoyed her experience very much and she is very honored she was invited and got to Emcee and do the Holy Ghost Splits. Doing the lords work she does. Spreading them wings and legs....... and joy!

The SOIL Sisters held an election for America's Next Top Hoe errrr... I mean voted on who took what positions.... ummm crap how do I say this politely..... voted into office four amazing nuns who will continue to lead our brothel I mean convent through 2023! Congratulations to.....
