A busy hoe is a happy hoe
What we've been up to
Today is World AIDS Day. Every December 1st people worldwide unite in the fight against HIV/AIDS, and show their support to those living with HIV and remembering those who have lost their lives to an AIDS related illness. For 33 years the world has joined together to as one to bring awareness and to educate themselves and others in this pandemic. Our very own Sr. Jewnita Hug shares this on their Facebook and we wanted to share it as well. Last year I was an aspirant on December 1. This year I have the honor of being able to Manifest in honor of World AIDS Day. AIDS education, awareness and fundraising for research are part of the fundamental building blocks of the Sisters Of Perpetual Indulgence. We all know someone, have loved someone, have lost someone to this disease. A disease which does not discriminate based off race, gender, ethnicity, religion, age, etc. In honor of those living with AIDS and in Remembrance of those who have died from an AIDS related illness today I wear red. Sister Manifested: Sr. Jewnita Hug
