Last night Sister Marjorie Arcana and Sister Jewnita Hug took to the streets of St. Louis to volunteer at Folsom Night hosted by Blue Max at Just John's. Blue Max is a St. Louis Leather Club with a rich 45 year history of service which promotes Leather-Levi traditions throughout the Greater St. Louis area and offers educational, social, and charitable activities serving the LGBT+ community.
\nFolsom Night is an annual event in which people can be introduced in both the group as a whole and also to the kink community through several demonstrations which this year included: Flogging, electro-play (violet wand), wax play and rope play). So needless to say Sister Jewnita felt right at home being a member of both the Leather and Kink community.
\nWhile our service was different was many events we have previously attended our presence was made as we helped people fill out waivers to participate and also provided and handed out bliss kits.
\nWe want to say thank you to Blue Max for allowing us the ability to provide service and spread joy to those in the Leather and Pup community as well as to Just John's for providing a wonderful and safe venue for all we met and shared space with. It was wonderful.
