Yule Blót 2022

Sister Marjorie is honored to have been invited to be apart of The Way of Fire and Ice online Blót for Yule. She held space with many amazing individuals who honored the land, their ancestors and the divine.

Indigenous ancestors were honored. Mental health was talked about and given safe space. Injustices were noted and called out into the light.

There were honors given and toasts made to the Queer folks that have made their mark on community and the Queer folks who throughout history were erased or villafied for simply existing. Queer erasure in history and mythology is unfortunately very common and it's important we all work to remember the many Queer folks who paved the way to where we are now.

Divination was shared and ideas were exchanged. Everyone was welcoming and supportive of each other.

Thank you Ryan Smith for hosting and thank you to all the folks who directed the Blót and made sure everyone was heard and that it remained a safe space. This Sister felt right at home! Thank you for inviting this Sister into your sacred space.
